After a successful training as a forwarding agent and passing his degree as a traffic specialist at AeroseA GmbH, he joined the Merk-Reisen at the time of the flourishing market within the CIS countries in order to build up a cargo department with a focus on CIS countries. In 2006, the freight division under his leadership had developed so promisingly that he founded Merk-Cargo GmbH together with two other shareholders. In 2008, Heinrich Waal became the sole shareholder of Merk-Cargo GmbH and together with the renaming of the company in Kras-Logistics, successfully expanded the business by acquiring Transcana GmbH. In the following years he founded branches in Krasnodar, Prague, Moscow and London. Heinrich Waal is today the sole shareholder and CEO of Kras-Logistics GmbH. As a builder, he was also able to set up the representative company headquarters for the company on the Mönchhof site in 2018.

After completing his training as a forwarding agent at Transcar GmbH, he was made head of the department. In addition to this leadership role, he was instrumental in introducing a quality management system at Transcar GmbH and also working as a quality management representative. As part of his position, he dealt with both public tenders, mainly in English-speaking foreign countries, as well as with project logistics on all transport routes. In 2005, he was instrumental in setting up Transcana GmbH and acted as authorized signatory and later as managing director. His many years of good business contacts with Heinrich Waal finally resulted in a merger of the business divisions and the transfer of Transcana GmbH into Kras Logistics. He started as Procura's branch manager and played a leading role in setting up the London office, which he continues to serve as managing director today, in addition to his duties in Raunheim.

After graduating from high school, she started at Transcar GmbH in the ro-ro department. Later, she expanded her wealth of experience at Tubag GmbH, a manufacturer of building materials, in business assistance and disposition. In 2003, she decided to return to her roots and gained in-depth know-how in the department of military removals at Transcar GmbH. In 2005, she played a key role, together with Andreas Loos, in building Transcana GmbH. In addition to the freight forwarding business, she dealt with the control of accounting, administration, analysis and budget planning and at the same time gained a wealth of experience in airfreight. Due to her versatile qualities she took over the same position after the takeover of Transcana by Kras-Logistics and today she is the head of the accounting and human resources department.
